I usually write my own emails, and honestly, it’s something I enjoy doing. I’ve found that writing in my own voice helps make the emails feel more personal and genuine. There are a ton of resources out there to help improve your email writing, like courses and articles. I’ve used a few myself to polish my skills. For instance, I remember reading a post from a healthcare content writer that really helped me craft emails that are clear and engaging without sounding too formal.

Yes, laziness takes over sometimes. But not everyone has the time or inspiration for those kinds of emails, so if there's an opportunity to hire someone and delegate the task, why not?
