Worth watching this if you write blog posts

Write a good headline - Use numbers in headline, "Top 10", "how to..", 7 words average
Use good image
Write good intro
Link to other sites when mentioning
Break text into sub headings
Use ordered lists in text
Mix up multimedia types (images, video, audio, text)
End post with conclusion (include "conclusion" at end)
Put question in conclusion - encourages comments
Respond to all comments
Scrolling social share buttons
Use "you" and "I" in the text

I was watching a youtube of Neil at some affiliate summit and he said exactly this, great advice.

He sends out loads of push notifications for his videos. This in turn creates new traffic and reloads his ranking.

We have a ton of traffic sources here in the Resources that are providing push notification service. These are opt-in driven. Those that optin are provided popup (slide onto) notifications from the sender.
