- what segment/niche might help, the traffic's affinity and the segment of the offer (dating, education, financial [with a sub segment]).
- Traffic is not a road on the internet --they are people with needs, desires, etc.
- Unless, your traffic is all bots then they have no attributes and take up space.
Oh my, almost everyone of them accepts Euro traffic.

for european traffic especially in the nutra and other high paying niches, you might want to explore AdCombo and MaxBounty - they usually focus on nutraceutical offers and health related products.
then you have ClickDealer and CrakRevenue which are good for high-converting offers in various niches, including nutra. Awin and TradeDoubler are solid choices for general European traffic as they cover a wide range of verticals and countries.
