- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with industry leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiation and management of partnership agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of partnerships.
- Onboard the business into all accessible networks.
- Analyze the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to identify and develop new products and services that align with partnership objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and spot new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
- 5 +years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, affiliate management
- Experience in e-commerce and sweeps verticals
- Established book of business with US GEOs traffic
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the affiliate marketing space
- 100% remote
- Flexible working hours, preferably in the Dubai time zone
- Fixed salary + commission based on performance
