Hey

Is there a tool out there, that lets you handle x number of twitter accounts and facebook pages from the same interface - replying to notifications, viewing posts etc?

Yes, there is. I don't recall the name. Try searching for Twitter management tool or social tool.

Tools like Hootsuite or Buffer let you handle lots of Twitter a/c and FB pages at one spot you can reply to messages, check posts, and schedule stuff without bouncing between these platforms.
