Hi everyone. I'm also having problems with Outbrain. I'm launching ad campaigns for websites selling books, toys, e-commerce products, and they all get banned. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I use sites I find on Google and even made my own, but nothing works. I also tried launching campaigns for various Google Play and App Store apps, and they don't go through because I'm supposedly mislabeling the source name, even though I follow their policy exactly. I'm running out of patience.

They are very specific in their instructions and requirements. You must be not following instructions completely.
Their customer service is generally pretty responsive. If you ask them to tell you more than you have already been told, they'll dive deeper.
Without deeper specifics and screenshots of what you are doing it is hard to narrow down your issues.
