if you’re looking for a google ads compliant click tracker, check out ClickMagick or Voluum - both are well-regarded in the industry and offer compliance features with their requirements. They’re relatively low-cost options with strong tracking capabilities. have you tried these, or are you considering other tools?
All the trackers mentioned on AffiliateFix tracking sub-forum can track Google Ads, but being Google certified is something different 
Check the list with certified trackers from Google.
What I want to mention, from our experience, is that many affiliates try to use the certified domain for "unethical purposes".
So, for you to find a company risking giving you a certified domain to use for unclear purposes, will not be easy.
Simply because Google is very sensitive and can decertify the domain if there is any attempt to use it wrong.
Check the list with certified trackers from Google.
